A Comic a Week

Once again I throw my hat (and a very nice hat indeed) into the blog sphere. This time I will focus on the silly stuff I find in comic books from time to time. Think of this as a running journal of the wacky stuff I see on a week in and week out basis. Exhibit: Mighty Avengers 20 After mourning the loss of his dearly departed wife, favorite martial punching bag and right up to the point of her death Skrull Bio Bomb, Jan Van Dyne. Henry Pym (aka Yellow Jacket) is escorted from his wife's funeral by sometimes earth man, most time god - Thor. Now think about this: do you even allow Thor in a church. He's a god, so he breaks the whole one god thing by just existing. Also do you really let him take the widow? Really? Pym, though, does look really sad. Fret not as Thor took him to Asguard, where they screwed wenches until the sun came up, while drinking the ale of the gods. You know stuff like that.
